Dianne did a wonderful job getting us the house that is perfect for us! If we had a question Dianne had or would find the answer. She has a highly professional and friendly group of people to recommend for any of the inspections and such we needed. I've known Dianne since we were little, so I knew I didn't want anyone else to find our house. I was so appreciative that she would drive all the way to Troy for each house we looked at even though it was over an hour each way. Dianne is very knowledgeable about what we should be looking at from wiring to septic systems. I never felt that my house search was anything else but her priority even though I know she has many other listings and sales while we were looking for our house. We will continue to use Dianne for all our family housing needs because Dianne is so friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and trustworthy.

Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was in store for. I had only ever heard the home buying process was long and hard. Dianne made it so easy for me! Every house we toured, I could tell she had done her research about it - it was never a quick in-and-out tour, and she takes the time to explain all the good, and bad, about each house. Since Dianne made this process so easy for me, I can say without a doubt that I will only be seeing her for all my buying and selling needs. Dianne is an absolute Godsend! She was with us every step of the way during a nearly two year build with a local contractor in a subdivision. We experienced a few family losses during this process and she helped keep the house process going while also being supportive of us. She was always available to give advice and helped look out for us, especially since this is our first build. Any time I hear about anyone thinking about looking for a house I always have to brag on and recommend Dianne. With Dianne you are in great hands!

Dianne went above and beyond to help my siblings and I sell our mom’s house. It was no easy feat with two of us in town, one of us in TX, and myself in another country. She kept us informed in a timely fashion, was up front about options, and flexible in communication. She gladly used the app that was most convenient for me in my current locale. She knocked it out of the park from start to finish.

Diane sold my villa last year in St. Louis county in record time. Everything went as planned. She was always available at any time for questions and answers.

This year I decided to move back to St. Louis from Arizona and buy a villa in St. Charles county. Who else but Diane got the task! This time everything was handled remotely via internet. This included walk throughs using iPhone Facetime. It was like walking through the potential purshase with her describing everthing. When one was purchased everything was handled perfectly by Diane.
As before she was available at any time. All from 1500 miles away. Thanks

Dianne Stasa is absolutely amazing at what she does. Finding a house was a long drawn out process, but it was so worth it in the end! Dianne helped us realize, as first time home buys, everything that goes into buying a house. She made sure we looked at all appliances, wood work, foundation. You name it we looked at it!
