Joan assisted us in purchasing a beach house in 5/17 on LBK. Want to let you know how incredibly happy we are. We rented it for the first 2 years and then completely renovated inside & out making it our winter home. People constantly slow down and tell us they love our house, many interested in buying it. The counsel you gave us on the location west of Gulf of Mexico Drive was extremely valuable. Several houses on our street turned over in the past 3 years making it an extremely hip neighborhood with a great vibe. It is the only neighborhood west of Gulf of Mexico Drive on LBK. Just wanted to thank you.

My husband and I live in Michigan and we were slowly looking for a location and second home in Florida. We had rented a home in Siesta Key and loved It. While we were there we made an appointment with Joan to show us around and look at a few places. She was very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate world and the area and places available. We didn’t find anything at the time. She was very friendly, patient and listened to our wants and needs. The place we rented ended up going up for sale. Joan did a brilliant job helping us negotiate through the process of making an offer and answered our million calls, day and night and on weekends. She went through all the contracts and paper work word for word helping my husband understand all the real estate lingo and Florida. Laws. I recently sold my father's home through Joan Winters. She gave great advice on how to present the house in the best light as seen by a buyer's eyes. She was helpful getting cleaning help for me too. Joan sold the property in one day with multiple offers. She was professional & explained everything along the way. She did a terrific job.
