My wife and I recently purchased a house and engaged Corey to help us with our mortgage. Our primary bank who we had originally engaged informed us right after we had signed an accepted offer on our house that they would not finance flips, putting us in a tough spot. After being connected to Corey he was very quick to respond and put our minds at ease that he could get it done. We were working on a very tight closing timeline, which really pushed Corey to deliver. Throughout the process he was sure to remind us that he was pushing as fast as he could, which he did, but was also realistic about the process and how long things could just naturally take. This level honesty and transparency was refreshing, and very much needed in such an important purchase such as this. In recommending Corey, I would say that a good client for Corey is someone who wants to be truly engaged in the process, and truly wants to understand the importance of the decisions they are making, as Corey takes your application seriously, and wants to make sure you understand fully what is happening throughout what can be a very complicated process. If you are a "just get it done" type of client, which some people are, then you may be better served by someone who is less concerned that you are making the right decision for you, and is solely focused on getting the deal closed, regardless of whether all the details are aligned with what you really need. Corey is not this type of consultant in my opinion, and as such, I have no hesitation in providing him my recommendation.
