I contacted HomeStreet Bank in order to secure a HELOC on our new home. In providing our various documents and working with the title company we ran into a few hiccups which made the process a little more difficult. But Kim Bloom was always available to help and followed up on all our issues. She is responsive and very helpful and ultimately helped us resolve all the issues. I would highly recommend Kim Bloom as a knowledgeable and an patient loan officer. I would definitely work with her again.

Kim was my MLO and it was a very complicated simultaneous deal. She was so very knowledgeable, super supportive, and absolutely a joy to work with!!!! She really pulled me out of a bad funk multiple times. I had to rely on her for advice on my sale as well since their lender, title company, and realtor dropped the ball many times. My realtor of the purchase couldn’t say enough good things about HSB and how smooth things went with us. This was all due to Kim (and support staff)for being so incredibly knowledgeable and on top of things.
