I have 25 years experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer. My job is about helping homebuyers and homeowners make their dreams of homeownership a successful, long-term achievement. I am a conservative lender who will keep the spending limit under control. I make sure my clients can afford their homes.

I was born and raised in Mexico. I graduated with a Business Degree from the University of Washington. I love to travel, walk, play golf, dance and read. My family, my dog and my friends are very important to me. I love all animals and when I retire, I plan to create an organization that cares for dogs. I care about the environment and try to do my share.

My friends and clients think of me as a lender who will look after their best interests.

Jessica and Lan went above and beyond to support us through a home loan application. We found a home we loved and decided to make an offer but we're up against an offer review date four days out. Jessica helped us prepare our materials on time - an immense feat given the short turnaround. We felt well-informed and equipped by Jessica to take each step of the process with confidence, despite the timeline pressure and our novice in the Seattle market. We were selected and purchased the home! The sellers shared that the completeness and organization of our offer (thanks in large part to our plan officer's contributions) was a large contributing factor in their decision to sell to us, despite there being two higher offers. She was available anytime to answer questions, clarify things we didn't understand, and recalculate everything to different scenarios when we were trying to decide how much we would put down. Jessica was very patient with us throughout our home buying process. She gave us different quote options to choose from and answered any questions we had about the process. She touched base with us every week and followed up with any documents that were pending. We never met her in person because we were so busy with our schedules, so everything was by phone, email and text. I absolutely love working with Jessica! She's a gem of a loan officer and always has the buyers' best interest in mind. She is great at homebuyer education, 1:1 buyer consultations, and communicating with all parties the status of buyer's financing and any other important updates. I never have to worry about deals falling through because she does her due diligence upfront.

I was told about a class for first time homebuyers from a friend and called to get enrolled. Jessica led the amazingly helpful class where we learned about every step in the home buying process. Even though we had the option of taking everything we learned and going with a different lender we liked Jessica so much we decided to ask her to help us secure a loan for our first home.
She could not have been more helpful, patient and reassuring. It was a nerve wracking endeavor but I always felt we were in very competent and safe hands with Jessica. I will happily and wholeheartedly recommend Jessica to everyone i know who wants to buy a home.
