Manny did a great job as our real estate agent! My husband and I were purchasing our first home and we were really anxious about the entire process. Unfortunately, we got into a worse case scenario: a bidding war. There were 4 offers after 3 days of being on the market, and the seller wasn't going to look at the offers for another 4 days. Manny stayed in contact with the selling agent and had a great rapport with her, it provided us with the ability to counter our offer and get the sale!
Afterwards, Manny was there every step of the way: he came to our inspection and took excellent notes, he was there at the appraisal to check on the process, and we were able to get all the contingencies taken care of in a timely manner. All in all, the sale of the house went as smoothly as it can possibly go and we definitely recommend him to everyone!

We bought our first property through Manny Tan, We definitely thank manny for getting this nice property which fulfills all of our needs within our budget. We came to know about Manny Tan from our dear friends who bought their properties through Manny Tan, had nice experience working with him.

Manny Tan definitely understands the buyer very clearly, their choices and their needs. He recommends/shows the property based on that. As a first time buyer we had a lot of questions and doubts, Manny Tan understood us, explained all of our questions in details including how much it would cost in case if we need to fix it. Honestly his explanation and the details provided was one of the key to get the property which suits our needs else we would have taken more time end-up buying the same property for more price.

We had a bitter experience with our title company that they didn’t pay the property insurance (which is actually paid as part of closing cost) and didn’t repay the overpaid amount on time. He followed with them, escalated and got the money back.
