Rosa has now helped us sell 2 homes and buy 1 home and we wouldn't use another agent! Her knowledge of the real estate market (and the surrounding areas) is extensive, she has an expansive network of contacts from inspectors and contractors to termite companies and her insight is invaluable in getting what you want/need out of a sale or purchase. Our most recent purchase is as close to our dream home as we can get for now. Knowing this, Rosa worked (almost literally) around the clock with the other agents to make the deal work for us.
