Rosa has now helped us sell 2 homes and buy 1 home and we wouldn't use another agent! Her knowledge of the real estate market (and the surrounding areas) is extensive, she has an expansive network of contacts from inspectors and contractors to termite companies and her insight is invaluable in getting what you want/need out of a sale or purchase. I highly recommend Rosa Stimmler for all your real estate needs. Rosa was relentless in her pursuit to sell my Condo. She held open houses just about every other weekend.
