Not only does he have extensive real estate knowledge, but also he comes to the process with active home construction experience. His combo-punch was invaluable for helping me navigate options AND for helping me negotiate and tackle home inspection repairs. He advised us through out the process, kept us on track, worked with all the moving parts of purchasing a home to ensure we had everything done in a timely fashion, advised on options to handle various issues related to inspection(s) and appraisal. I am a first time home buyer looking to buy a home with my VA loan and was recocommended by a coworker to go through the homes for heroes program. Once I did so, I was appointed my realtor, Jeremy Lewis. All I have to say is I have had nothing but a great experience with him. He wasn't just a typical realtor looking to push a home on me to collect a commission. Throughout the whole process, he has been a godsend. The process of looking and closing was stressful and had Jeremy not been my realtor, it would've been even more stressful for me. He has a great knowledge of the market, he explained everything to me and answered all my questions and really went to bat for me when negotiating terms during the closing process. Jeremy was very well versed in helping us with any type of repairs that might be needed in any house that we looked at. He was very flexible when it came to setting up a showing for a house. He listened to what we wanted. He gave ideas on houses that we were seriously looking at in reference to price, additions, changes, etc. He knows A LOT of people that can help with what ever you are looking for. Jeremy Lewis did an excellent job as our Real Estate Agent on our recent purchase of property in Lexington, SC. We asked Jeremy to show us some property that had just came back onto the market. The property had a house on the property that was being sold as is. Jeremy pointed out issue that would need to be fixed and offered suggestions on what could be done to existing house and the potential of adding on for additional space. Jeremy did an outstanding job of getting us comp’s of other house with acreage that had been sold in the area and what he thought was a fair offer on the property. When the appraisal came back lower than expected, he made sure that we got the property for a correct/fair price.
