She had a difficult task due to a huge jump in HOA Maintenance fees. Yet she kept getting the word out, offering compromises that we approved, and keeping us apprised of all that she was doing, and all that was required by government officials.
At times, she surprised us by enlisting her husband to shoulder physical tasks that was our responsibility, but would have been difficult because of our advanced ages.

If you want the best agent possible Christie is the one for you. She managed the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one. Her biggest job was to keep us from imploding. She did that well. We wouldn’t want another agent, only her caring way!

She is knowledgeable, witty, organized, fun, driven, and always seems to be available with a smile on her face and a skip in her step. I think I spent the better portion of 2-3 months working with Christie to find my home. She got to the point she could read me quite well.
