I highly recommend Jeff for your real estate needs. I had a condominium that I needed to sell in a reasonably short period of time. Jeff provided a realistic picture of the current state of the real estate market in my area and worked closely with me to market the property at a realistic price that would attract potential buyers.
Jeff worked with the buyer's agent and the title company to make sure that all of the necessary paperwork was in order prior to the closing. He went above and beyond to help me obtain information that the title company needed at the last minute and kept me apprised on the progress of the closing.

I recently had an unfortunate need for a realtor in the state of Florida. My brother had passed away in Febuary of this year and left me a real challenge of a property to maintain and sell. I had some relationships with friends from church who recommended Joel Dunn. After a few conversations about who he was then me explaining who I was and what I needed I knew Joel was the best fit for the job.
