Kevin is an amazing realtor and I really feel blessed we were able to use him. We were relocating from GA to IN and the stress of moving somewhere we had never been with a large family was significant. While we did our best to review areas, we could never know what they offered or provided from schools to safety. Kevin was extremely helpful, took the time to listen to what we were looking for, what our preferences were, and spent the time needed to locate homes he felt we would be interested in. He didn't just take us places, he had a plan and hit the mark. We had to travel in to see houses and he was ready and prepared to assist. He hit the jackpot quickly but was on the mark as every home he showed us was exactly what we were interested in. His knowledge of the town, contractors to assist in getting a few things completed, and the complete support he provided made this a much easier process and one we would highly recommend. While he helped us find our forever home, I will surely use him again if we decide to sell or buy again. I have already recommended him and would strongly urge someone looking for a realtor to use him. He will make your experience fun and smooth. He is like a part of the family now!

I was so impressed with the Kevin's hard work and dedication to getting me the house i always wanted. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect once the key's were passed over to me. Even after I bought the house he still calls and checks in to make sure everything is going well. Cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with Kevin. My wife and I decided on new construction and Kevin was instrumental in every step to ensure things were completed timely and as specified. As you can imagine new construction can be an exhilarating and exasperating process. Kevin was there at each step to reassure and represent us when obstacles on construction occurred and celebrate at each phase of the building process. The house was completed and we could not be happier with the experience and final product. We want to give Kevin our highest recommendation without any reservation. I would add that even after the closing Kevin keeps in regular contact with us to ensure there are no issues with the house (and remind us to file that mortgage exemption! :). Thanks Kevin!
