Dawn did a fantastic job being our agent. We called her for help with a new build and she showed up to our meeting that next morning even after driving out of town that night.

Dawn was a great help in both the purchase of our new house and selling our existing home. We had a concern with the radon levels at the new house and Dawn was able to get us in touch with the right people to ease our concerns. We ran into several issues while trying to sell our existing home and Dawn was there every step of the way. She made a particular suggestion of not allowing for any repairs under $1,500 on the inspection which likely saved us a nice amount of money and unneeded hassel. Dawn's attention to detail is superb and came in very handy on both sides of the transaction. Being in the mortgage business I deal with a lot of realtors and

My agent, Dawn LaBeau was the best agent I've ever worked with. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and very detailed oriented. She completely surpassed my expectations as she was by my side guiding me through a very complex and emotional move. I would highly recommend Dawn. She was recommended by Mike LaMartina and what a pleasure was it to meet her. She was very well verse in everything about selling house. She worked with the selling agent of our future Villa. If we had a question she either had the answer or found the answer quickly.
