Dede is a pleasure to work with! This was our first time selling a home and Dede was very patient with us and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. In the beginning, she was honest and straight forward with her feedback on small improvements we could make to set our home apart. Her communication was fantastic! She was relentless in following up agents after showings and providing timely feedback from potential buyers. Dede has been our go-to Real Estate agent for years. She has always exceeded expectations! If you combine the amount of time our last two homes were on the market it wouldn't add up to 24 total hours. During our last home purchase, she found us the perfect home which wasn't even on the market yet and helped us negotiate a fair price in a sellers market.
