Amanda was so easy to work with and made both buying and selling an easy process. She helped me out so much. She answered all my questions (which I had a lot of) and if she didn’t know the answer, she found it for me. I highly recommend Amanda. If I ever go through the buying and selling process again, Amanda will be my first pick in an agent.

I cannot say enough good things about Amanda. She is very easy to work with and is very knowledgeable in real estate. If you want something, she will get it for you! She is direct, professional, and gets the job done. She was there to answer every question or concern and didn’t seem bothered or too busy for us. My favorite thing about Amanda is that she put our wants and needs first. She made selling and buying a home exciting and not stressful. We found a house, put an offer on it that got accepted and then had a week to get our house ready to list. She priced our house right and we had multiple offers that were all above asking price on the first day. She also arranged for us to sell (our then current home) and close on the new property on the same day. We did, and it was completely painless and seamless. We are so happy to be in our forever home and it is all because of Amanda!

My husband and I put our trust in Amanda when it came to helping us find our next home since we were in Virginia looking for a home in Saint Peter’s, MO and she did not disappoint. She was always available for our ridiculous question and went above and beyond to video chat and show us the houses that were on our list. In the end she was able to secure the perfect home and made it as seamless for us as possible. We could not have done this without her!

All I can say is Amanda is absolutely amazing. She takes her time with you and truly cares about you and wants to make sure the house you choose is the right fit. Amanda was always on the ball with scheduling visits each day, and really figured out what we were looking for after 3 or 4 visits so she automatically knew walking into a house whether it was a contender or not. She was patient and helpful and always encouraging when we'd start to lose hope in the crazy market. She went above and beyond to help us find our home and we'd highly recommend her to anyone we know.
