Professionally, I obtained my Real Estate license in 1979 and began working with Coldwell Banker Gundaker in 1997 before joining in Berkshire Hathaway Alliance in July 2020, where I am today. I am a member of the Saint Charles Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. Throughout my career I have had extensive experience in listing homes for sale, in relocations, in working closely with my clients who are building their new construction home, and in finding an existing home that is perfect for a new family. I look forward to assisting you in Saint Charles County, Lincoln County, Saint Louis County, and Saint Louis City.

Personally, I am a lifelong resident of the Saint Louis area and a resident of Saint Charles County since 1987. I am a wife, mother to three (and mother in law to three more), and three beautiful granddaughters call me Nonna.

I cannot recommend Maria enough! She is professional, reliable, personable and gets the sale completed. We flipped my 96 yo father’s Home to sell because he’s now in a retirement facility and after nearly 2 years hanging onto the house, it was time.

She gave us input for colors, finishes, market info, listing info and price, etc. it paid off as the house sold quickly and at full asking price. She walked me through everything for closing and it went flawlessly!

We feel so lucky that we got referred to Maria by a friend. She knows her stuff, worked very professionally on everything that came up, both the expected and the unexpected, and she truly has her clients best interest. She answered phone calls and texts almost instantly, and was very patient to answer all of our questions. Maria, has been professional throughout all aspects of our real estate purchase and additionally has been responsive to all calls of the day and evening. She has provided key inspection, utilities, city services, and home services points of contact for easing my home transition and getting setup in the home. She was always in contact on a regular basis guiding through the home purchase and well after the sale getting in on how we were settling in and what else she could help with. Maria was very helpful, knowledgeable, and always available. Not only did she help us buy our first home, but she kept in touch in the years after and even offered to bring us Thanksgiving pies a couple of times. When we had to relocate out of state for work, we knew we would be contacting Maria to help us sell our home. We ended up moving out of state before we could sell and she went out to the house several times to let contractors in. Her excellent customer service didn’t end when we sold our home; she also helped us get a realtor in the state we moved to! Definitely a well deserved 5 star rating!!

Maria was great! She was so patient with us during this market and gave us advice when we were unsure about some houses as we are first time homeowners. I am so happy to have chosen Maria to sell our condo! We were out of state sellers and she made the whole process seamless. Whatever the condo needed, she handled. She kept us up to date the entire process. The sell went so smooth and seamless! I would recommend her for any real estate deals.
