From the first meeting through closing and even after that, Spencer was a great agent. He is knowledgeable, understanding of my situation, and he fought fiercely to get the most for me. His work on finding comps was extensive. He helped me understand the whole process of selling, what people look for and why. I cannot tell you how amazed I am by Spencer's attentiveness and dedication to helping us find our forever home. I know my wife and I are new homeowners but Spencer has set the standard for realtors. We will not settle for less. If Spencer is still with Berkshire when we decide to sell and find another house, he will be our first and only choice.
