Tracy helped us find our daughters first home, and it was no easy task. Tracy took the time to get to know us as a family and the things that were important to us in a property. We are out of state so many of our home tours were virtual which is hard on both buyer and agent. But after a few tours Tracy knew exactly what would work for us, and what wouldn't .Her willingness to go by a home on the spur of the moment, or stand in the rain so I could see the size of a yard are just a couple of the ways she went above and beyond for us as out of state buyers. Her knowledge of the local area was incredibly helpful when looking for neighborhoods we would feel are safe for our child and good places to eat when we came into town.
