I am a proud resident of St. Charles County since 1996. I started in the Real Estate industry in my first job out of college in 1991 in Escrow (now title company closing department). I loved the real estate industry, and I got my license in 1997 and have been selling real estate in the greater STL areas and counties ever since. I have also raised 6 children and have 6 grandchildren. REAL ESTATE IS WHAT I DO & I LOVE WHAT I DO! I love making the buying and selling process fun, understandable and easy for my clients, who become my friends and like family. I sincerely want the best for my buyers and sellers and patiently educate and advise them, negotiate and work in their best interest and pride myself on my honesty, work ethic, knowledge, experience and expertise. Diane was extremely helpful and was able to narrow down our search to exactly what we were looking for. Once we found “the one”, she worked tirelessly to ensure we had the best chance to get an offer accepted. It sure helps having someone with 20+ years experience in a market as crazy as this one. She knew all the levers to pull to entice the seller in our favor. We ended up getting our dream house and I know that was because we had Diane on our side. I recommend her to anyone in any price range. We will definitely be using her again if we ever decide to move again.

We were really dreading the whole home sale and moving process buy after meeting with Diane we felt much more at ease. She explained everything she would do to market and sell our home and was a big help in to us in finding our new Villa. She was in constant communication with us and we were able to sell our home in just four days, greatly relieving our stress. Diane was always on top of everything. She was great at communicating with us whenever there was a new development relating to our home both before and after we received a contract. She gave us great suggestions on how to stage our home for a quick and easy sale. She also helped us find the perfect place for us to downsize to. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a real estate agent. She is great!

If you need a house, you need Diane. After eight months of searching for a home in the wild market we are in, Diane finally found us our perfect home. Throughout those many long months, she never hesitated to drop everything and go show us a new home the just dropped on the market. Her insight was a huge help in areas we had little knowledge in and she would always be honest as to if there was an issue with the home or if she thought our time would be spend better looking elsewhere. All in all I cannot recommend her enough. She will tirelessly serve you and make you feel like her only client.

If I could give Diane more than 5 stars I would!! My husband and I were so overwhelmed about buying our first home and all of the things that come with it and Diane went above and beyond to not only find us the PERFECT house for our family, but to guide us on every next step, even little things that weren’t necessarily “apart of her job” like helping us decide on a loan servicer, or when we had moments where we felt left in the dark in terms of where we were with our loan, or with the seller, she was following up with them without us even asking her to! She was always one step ahead and we literally never had to ask any questions because she was so thorough in covering all of the bases. Which was such a relief in a time that could be so stressful. Prior to buying our first home I thought the realtor you picked really didn’t matter, because all they were going to do is show up and walk through listings with you(and maybe that’s all that some do) - but boy, was I wrong! I truly cannot imagine what this process would have been like without Diane’s incredible communication, extremely timely manner in taking action, attention to detail, constant efforts, and just overall uplifting spirit! I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her or recommend her enough. We are so thankful she was our realtor and will be recommending her to everyone we know!

Diane Rumbo is a great realtor. She stuck with me the entire lengthy time I was looking for a home and was encouraging and friendly through the whole process. She explains things clearly and easily in a way that anyone can understand and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. As a first time home buyer I had many questions and she made my experience great. She is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience which was apparent, and I could not have navigated buying a house without her!

Diane was amazing to work with! We were selling a home in one state and buying a home in another state simultaneously. Diane was our buyers agent and made the process so smooth and easy to navigate while also coordinating with our sellers agent. She tirelessly took us to showing after showing (we had a long list). She also did the research ahead of time and helped us eliminate the ones that weren't going to meet our needs.

When it comes time to buy and/or sell another home, Diane will be the first person we contact. She is an amazing and caring person!

Diane was amazing. I had a tight deadline for buying a house and Diane quickly got me set up with automated emails of new listings. She then set up showings of my favorite houses within a couple days. Diane was helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. She knew the current market and helped make an offer that was accepted and negotiated far better than I could. Diane worked late into the evenings to ensure paperwork was completed by the deadlines. She did an awesome job with my home purchase!

Diane did a fantastic job both times selling our home in the past six years. Our recent sell had some obstacles due to the first buyer wrong doings. Diane professionalism, experience and team were incredibly supportive to our family. Diane helped us from beginning to competition and went above and beyond in every detail.
