I am a proud resident of St. Charles County since 1996. I started in the Real Estate industry in my first job out of college in 1991 in Escrow (now title company closing department). I loved the real estate industry, and I got my license in 1997 and have been selling real estate in the greater STL areas and counties ever since. I have also raised 6 children and have 2 grandchildren. REAL ESTATE IS WHAT I DO & I LOVE WHAT I DO! I love making the buying and selling process fun, understandable and easy for my clients, who become my friends and like family. I sincerely want the best for my buyers and sellers and patiently educate and advise them, negotiate and work in their best interest and pride myself on my honesty, work ethic, knowledge, experience and expertise. If I could give Diane more than 5 stars I would!! My husband and I were so overwhelmed about buying our first home and all of the things that come with it and Diane went above and beyond to not only find us the PERFECT house for our family, but to guide us on every next step, even little things that weren’t necessarily “apart of her job” like helping us decide on a loan servicer, or when we had moments where we felt left in the dark in terms of where we were with our loan, or with the seller, she was following up with them without us even asking her to! She was always one step ahead and we literally never had to ask any questions because she was so thorough in covering all of the bases. Which was such a relief in a time that could be so stressful. Prior to buying our first home I thought the realtor you picked really didn’t matter, because all they were going to do is show up and walk through listings with you(and maybe that’s all that some do) - but boy, was I wrong! I truly cannot imagine what this process would have been like without Diane’s incredible communication, extremely timely manner in taking action, attention to detail, constant efforts, and just overall uplifting spirit! I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her or recommend her enough. We are so thankful she was our realtor and will be recommending her to everyone we know!

Diane Rumbo is a great realtor. She stuck with me the entire lengthy time I was looking for a home and was encouraging and friendly through the whole process. She explains things clearly and easily in a way that anyone can understand and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. As a first time home buyer I had many questions and she made my experience great. She is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience which was apparent, and I could not have navigated buying a house without her!

Diane was amazing to work with! We were selling a home in one state and buying a home in another state simultaneously. Diane was our buyers agent and made the process so smooth and easy to navigate while also coordinating with our sellers agent. She tirelessly took us to showing after showing (we had a long list). She also did the research ahead of time and helped us eliminate the ones that weren't going to meet our needs.

When it comes time to buy and/or sell another home, Diane will be the first person we contact. She is an amazing and caring person!

Diane was amazing. I had a tight deadline for buying a house and Diane quickly got me set up with automated emails of new listings. She then set up showings of my favorite houses within a couple days. Diane was helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. She knew the current market and helped make an offer that was accepted and negotiated far better than I could. Diane worked late into the evenings to ensure paperwork was completed by the deadlines. She did an awesome job with my home purchase!

Diane did a fantastic job both times selling our home in the past six years. Our recent sell had some obstacles due to the first buyer wrong doings. Diane professionalism, experience and team were incredibly supportive to our family. Diane helped us from beginning to competition and went above and beyond in every detail.

Diane did a fabulous job for us. She took time to listen, check out our situation, and make helpful recommendations. When it was time to list the house for sale, she made the process easy for us, as she went to work. Four days later, she held an open house, and we received 4 offers! We sold for $10k over our asking price, which fit exactly into the projections she made before we listed. Diane is professional, easy to work with, and thorough. We highly recommend her service as a real estate agent.

Diane gave us exceptional service from the moment we asked her to be our agent to the end of the selling/buying process. Because of her extensive experience, she could help us understand the climate of the market, buyers expectations and tips for a quick sale. Her experience also helped in the buying process. We relied heavily on her input because this is not something we do often! She was extremely knowledgable, professional, timely, friendly and efficient. Any request that we had or communication that needed to be done, she did it right away. Diane is amazing. If you are looking for help buying or selling a property, you should really consider working with Diane. Diane helped us purchase a farm in a rural area with acreage and a historic cabin. As you can imagine, there were a ton of details and issues to work through. Diane was incredibly thorough, crossed every T and dotted every I, and she helped us land a great deal on a property that we love.
