Lucy is awesome - she has thorough knowledge of real estate, gives 120% effort to every customer, and has years of experience that helps both on the selling and buying end. On top of that, she is a wonderful ethical, Christian person and very easy to work with. She responded quickly to our texts and calls and listened to our wishes.
She worked patiently with us over 2 1/2 years to find just what we were looking for - a stand-alone villa in a limited geographic area of St. Charles. We weren't in a hurry to move and took our time looking and deciding. Once we found the 3-year-old like-new villa that we were looking for, Lucy worked out all the details including a question about property line and our fence.
She also listed, hosted an open house, and sold our 2-story home. At closing, it was a domino effect with 3 other contingency buyers all waiting for their money to purchase a home. Out of all the agents involved, Lucy was the only one who located the issue in getting the funds to flow from one buyer to the next and was able to close the deals.
