I knew Mike would be a great manager. He is great with people. He knows his contract and is a good listener. He was an agent so he totally understands all the million of situations that come up during a transaction. He also knows the better he prepares agents to keep their clients informed of the process they will be customers for life.

He was able to get Lisa James who knows computers and technology and always there to help when ever needed. She also was an agent and has been in the industry for ever.


Our office is up beat and I think the energy helps agents keep focused on the daily task they must do to be successful. It will even be better when we are once again able to have in house Tuesday meetings.

First of all I want to Thank Andy, Kevin and Bob for opening your arms to embrace such a great Manager for our office, Mike Lamartina is a great mentor, leader, and friend, and you have created such a great space for all of us to call home. When I met Mike 10+ years ago, I knew at that time, he would be so awesome in real estate. I teased him the first time he met with Chuck Martoia on his interview and he knew right then, our office was the place to call his new career. He has the spiritual guidance, love of humanity and his great wit that articulates to sell real estate. His knowledge while teaching Dale Carnage in his earlier days, is what he brings to the office everyday and we get his smile and glowing sunshine everyday, when he walks into the door. Keep an eye on our office, after covid 19 is over. We all will be such a great force in St. Charles County, because of Mike's leadership. He is our dynamic leader and thank you very much.
