We were so thankful to have you as our Real Estate Agent as we searched for our perfect new home this past Spring. We had a long list of criteria we wanted in a house such as a good foundation, copper wiring, safe and specific brand of circuit breaker box, clean, well-maintained and a quiet location. You were so good at looking at all of those details with us plus so much more to check for in each house you found newly listed in our price range. You were such a knowledgeable and professional Realtor for us. We asked you to honestly tell us if you found any reasons we should not consider a property and you did that too. After going to probably 15 houses that did not match our criteria, you called us early one Saturday morning to tell us "you found IT!" and you did! We loved it the first time we saw it and still do. Joan Martin has been my Real Estate Agent for 14 years. She sold my primary residence in 2008 and helped me buy my next residence, arranging for closing on both to be handled in one transaction. Then she sold my Parent's home after their passing in 2019. Lastly, she once again sold our primary residence in April 2022. She was a helpful partner in all 4 transactions, helping with minor repairs, recommendations and just overall advice due to her vast connections in the area. She sold all three properties quickly and at market value or above. Her expertise of current market conditions was of tremendous value. My husband and I valued her knowledge and recommendations. She worked with us through the whole process, ensuring that we never had to worry. She truly was a valued Team Partner. If anyone is looking to sell and/or buy, I definitely recommend Joan Martin.

My husband and I just downsized from a 2-story 4 bedroom home. Due to my husband's failing health we needed a one-level home with easy access. Joan went to the ends of the earth and back finding just the right home. We were back and forth between a smaller house, villa, condo. She kept searching for us and answering all of our questions and hung in there with us through to the bitter end. Only a true friend and loyal christian woman would work this hard for you. May God Bless her and her team. They were wonderful and so accomadating with all of my husbands needs. I recommend her to everyone I know. May God Bless Her Always.

Joan remembered our needs and requests and continually updated us on the market availability. She met with us several times to discuss what to expect in the purchase of a new house. When she found a home for us she was with us in our meetings with the builder, took many notes and thought of issues we needed to know and discuss with the builder. Joan went with us to some of the subcontractors when we had to make selections such as cabinets, carpet and lighting. Joan is helping us sell our old house and has given us great advice about things we need to do. Ben & Janet
