Many made promises, but could not deliver. She was with me every step of the home buying process and insured that I was comfortable with my purchase before signing. After researching many area realtors and going to several area open houses, we chose Debi Donaldson as our realtor because she not only knows our area very well, she seemed to have the best and most up to date marketing strategies. She also knows design and was extremely good at staging our home. Our home was under contract in less than 24 hours after being listed. When that contract fell through, she didn't miss a beat, and our home was still marketed and sold in a very timely manner. She is very professional, and I recommend her very highly.
