From the time we first met Debi she was very open and very honest with us. She gave me suggestions of things to spend my time on to make our house market ready. To whom this may concern, I would like anyone who is looking for a agent to stop and think of what your expectations of a realtor is. Debi was thorough, insightful and accommodating. Many made promises, but could not deliver. She was with me every step of the home buying process and insured that I was comfortable with my purchase before signing. I cannot put into words how happy I am with her and her performance. I will say, that in the future; she will be the person I call on when I look to upgrade from my starter home.

After researching many area realtors and going to several area open houses, we chose Debi Donaldson as our realtor because she not only knows our area very well, she seemed to have the best and most up to date marketing strategies. She also knows design and was extremely good at staging our home. Our home was under contract in less than 24 hours after being listed. When that contract fell through, she didn't miss a beat, and our home was still marketed and sold in a very timely manner. She is very professional, and I recommend her very highly.
