I cannot emphasize enough how appreciative we are of Kim and her work finding us our new home. Kim was referred to me by a close friend, I reached out to her after a failed relationship with another real estate agent. This agent failed to sell my house after 3-4 mths despite a hot seller's market! Kim was very professional from the start and clearly knowledgable with the Wildwood housing market. She provided me the right advice and feedback on my house that I needed. I spent 3-4wks doing the necessary to prep my house as per her recommendations and on her part Kim did her magic.

My house was "officially" listed on a Friday with a plan to have an Open House that Sunday. We immediately received multiple offers and my house was under contract within 48hrs, with a closing offer $10K over my asking price!! This was the relationship with an agent I was looking for. My wife and I have known Kim for a couple of years now. We met her when we were thinking of downsizing from living on some land. She was the listing agent on a house in Lafayette Trails that had been for sale for a while. We wanted to see it and we didn't have an agent so we just called KIm. She was very knowledgable about the home she was listing and actually showed it to use a few times. When we finally decided to make an offer we asked if she could represent us also. She explained that she could and the rules that were required for her to do it. We remodeled the home the way we wanted it and thought that we would be there for a long time. But roughly a year later some friends decided they were moving to a retirement community and wanted to know if we were interested in buying their home and we did. So now we needed to sell the home we had just remodeled and once again we called Kim to see if she would list it for us.
I have bought a few homes in my life and never felt like the agent we were using was really trying to help us until we met Kim. She is always very professional, helpful and friendly. If for some reason we decide to purchase or sell another home in the future we will be calling Kim.

Kim is fantastic! She was recommended to us from some friends. Moving to STL from out of state was a lot and she was so helpful!
