We were wanting to move back to the St. Peters’ area. Stella contact the listing agent and took the time to go see the house, take pictures and call us about the house. The next day we traveled up and Stella went through the house with us. Her experience allowed her to point out things in the home that we should be aware of.
After our offer was accepted, everything was done by phone calls and electronically. She even connected us with someone to lay new carpet. There is so much more we could list, but we couldn’t have done it without her.

Stella did a great job. She helped us find our new home by understanding our desired house and location options and offering many choices. At the same time she offered advice on presentation, staging and pricing our previous home. The end result was the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home with multiple offers. We really enjoyed working with Stella.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Stella went above and beyond in the home buying process. As first time buyers, we were very intimidated going into the process but Stella made sure we understood and felt comfortable every step of the way. It felt like she always had our best interest in mind, and her extensive knowledge as an agent made this competitive market significantly easier than it could’ve been. Working with Stella was a genuine pleasure, and we’d quickly recommend her to anyone we know!

Stella is professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest, fair and dedicated to her clients. We have bought and sold the same home with Stella as our realtor. She understands the stress and emotional strains that coincide with the process. Her patience, compassion and kindness make that process so much easier. We have bought and/or sold homes in four states. Buying and selling a home in Missouri, by far, has been the smoothest experience, thanks to Stella and her tireless efforts to assist her clients 24/7. Communication is key and Stella is stellar in this component. She returns phone calls promptly. And if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she finds it quickly. My husband and I were referred to Stella as a realtor by three other friends who had great experiences with their home search and purchase. Unfortunately, our house search started right before the COVID19 pandemic, but Stella was absolutely amazing! She helped us every step of the way, she helped explain the process of looking at homes, sent us lots of options for houses that met our needs, and then some with similar options to consider which was very helpful! Once we decided to place an offer on our home, she again was there with us for every step of the way! She taught us so much despite social distancing and having a change in her workflow due to the pandemic. Our experience was so great, I can't even imagine what it's like to be able to meet in person for the process! We highly recommend Stella to anyone looking for a home!

Stella was a wonderful guide for our journey from our beloved home in the woods to villa living. We had been in our home for nearly 30 years so the transition was difficult. We interviewed four potential realtors. Stella was the only one who came fully prepared. She had already reseached our property and had a full set of comparables.

Stella never took more than a few minutes to respond to any of our questions

Stella had personal knowledge of the comparable properties and was able to tell us the pluses and minuses of how we compared to what else was on the market

Clear, succinct and to the point

Keep all the various documents, forms, etc. flowing and was quick to follow up with us if we overlooked or forgot an important detail

Had sound practical advice for issues that arose and was able to guide us through the sale smoothly

Anyone who is selling their home in the Chesterfield area would be a fool not to use Stella.

We can't say enough about Stella. She took what could have been a frustrating process and made it absolutely painless for us.

Stella was available even late at night (after 9pm!). She always responded to our questions quickly and thoroughly. She was always available to us.

Stella noticed many things about the homes we were looking at that we did not and was extremely thorough.

Stella fought hard to get us what we wanted in our negotiations even with our difficult Seller.

We actually have already referred a few of our friends to her. We loved working with Stella and would work with her again in the future.

Stella is a fantastic realtor and was truly a joy to work with.

Stella helped us buy and sell our first home and she walked us through everything so we knew what was going on.

Stella always made us feel like a priority and get back to us right away.

Stella knows the market and helped us look at a lot of houses in different areas and knew about each one.

Stella was great at communicating with us and was always willing to answer any questions we had.

Stella made sure all the details in our contracts were correct and she has an eye for detail when she took us to see houses and get our house ready for sale.
