I was a first time home buyer and Fred was there with me every step of the way answering all my questions. He always replied to my text messages, phone calls, or emails quickly. We hit several bumps along the way with the seller but Fred worked hard to make the deal happen and make the buying process as stress free as possible for me. Fred is a knowledgeable, experienced agent and so easy to work with. I cannot thank him enough for all his hard work helping me buy my first home. I'll definitely ask Fred to be my realtor for any future home sale or purchase and will recommend him to all my friends and family.

This was my second time working with Fred. He is fantastic, I would prefer to work with him for all my future real estate transactions. He really looks out for his clients, definitely keeps their best interests in mind. Great communicator, and really has an eye for the market.

This is our second purchase with Fred and both experiences have been seamless. As first time home buyers, Fred was patient and provided detailed explanations throughout the process. Our second home required a bit more legwork to get to the finish line and Fred was a consummate professional with the sellers while again ensuring we understood the process throughout. We are lucky enough to have worked with Fred on the buying side twice (and will work with him on the selling side). The first time, we were able to find something right away and it was a fairly short process. The second time, we had the luxury to be able wait for the "right one," and it took over a year. When we finally found what we wanted, he went above and beyond in advocating and negotiating for our offer to be chosen among several. He was incredibly patient and understanding throughout that long journey, and gave straightforward advice, which is always appreciated, but especially in the current unpredictable market. He is trustworthy, level-headed, knowledgeable, and cares about his clients beyond the closing date.

Very happy with Fred! We worked with Fred twice, both on the buying in 2015 and selling side recently - a great experience in both transactions. Fred has extensive knowledge as a realtor, connections with the industry, and listens to our needs. He has also offered advice on multi-unit investment properties for us. We recently sold our house and did a virtual close as we are out of state. Fred and his team went above and beyond for us.

Fred is an outstanding realtor. This is our second time using him and we're glad we did. He's very level-headed and knowledgeable when showing properties and is an excellent resource for pointing out otherwise-missed critical elements of each house.
