I began my career in the residential real estate business over 40 years ago and I am currently the CEO and a Co-Owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alliance Real Estate. We are the largest locally owned company in the St Louis metropolitan area with 8 locations and 450 agents and the largest Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliate in the State of Missouri.

Alliance Real Estate is a full-service company with mortage, title, home warranty and insurance to support our real estate sales. We are proud of our professional agents whose focus their efforts on providing the highest quality of service and exceeding the expectations of their clients. Our core values are based on honesty, integrity and the Golden Rule.

I am a native St Louisan and graduate of Washington University. I love meeting people in all walks of life to help them get into an exciting real estate career or to learn more about our wonderful Gateway city or to start on their very own home buying or selling adventure. When I am not working, I spend time playing tennis and enjoying all my grandchildren.

I came over to BHHS Alliance in January from Coldwell Banker, to join the rest of the agents that had already left my former office, to the new BHHS office in St Charles. Even though it was hard leaving a company a had been at for 21 years, our manager, Mike, plus Andrea, Bob & Kevin made the transition as easy as possible. I love that we have over 60 awesome agents at the best real estate office in the Metro area.

I transferred to BHHS Alliance after 15+ years at Coldwell Banker. I hesitated because of the actual transition and what would be involved with my marketing, my client base and learning new programs. Alliance made the transition SO EASY! There was someone to handle every aspect, as well as one-on-one training on the programs the company uses. These programs were easy to learn and work so much better than what I had been using for years, in addition to saving valuable time in my transactions. When I was on-boarded 5 and one-half years ago to become a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Service Alliance Real Estate, I was extremely impressed with Andy’s way of being so caring and interested in each person associated with the Company. She takes time to speak with each one when she is able to be at our office. We have been on zoom for the last seven months and Andy has introduced excellent speakers and new programs to assist us during this crisis.

I came to Berkshire Alliance HomeServices after being licensed a little over a year. I knew I needed more support then the prior "Virtual" brokerage that I began in. I am only in month two, and so far Berkshire has been even more then I was seeking, then I expected! The office support is THE BEST! It feels like small town support, however corporate backing! Our corp. office has a whole team just to serve us agents, I have been able to train, uncover AND UTILIZE some amazing tools, and it just gets better every day!

I can't thank Andy, Kevin & Bob enough for investing in me and my team. Most of us in the Bluestone office came from a larger competitor. We were amazed at the difference local leadership offers.

Better tools with much more automation to say the least! When I first met with this leadership team they said, "you got into this to be in real estate, not a marketing major". Simply put, the marketing platform allowed us to iron out the wrinkles in our marketing plans. Many agents in my office are having record years as a result of changing companies! I can't thank you enough for making the transfer so seamless.
