During the pandemic we reached out to Edgar and his team regarding the program the state has to assist with deposit. At the time I was on long term disability fighting cancer and we were not ready/able to buy a home. Being a true professional, Edgar called us a little while later to check our status and see if we were ready to try and start the home purchase process. We had recently been advised by another company that we didn't qualify for a specific amount. That person didn't give us a range we did qualify for. Quite frankly, he didn't try hard enough.

Edgar and his team got the job done properly!!! He and his team explained important details and answered all of or questions. Explained things to us and made sure we understood. They checked on us weekly at a minimum. They did everything they said that they would do. They even got us a real estate agent who worked as diligently as they do.

We cannot say enough about our experience with this team. Thank you for making a painful process less painful and more enjoyable! We appreciate you for assisting in making one of our dreams come true!

P.S. We are closing today and Edgar and his team have already told us that they will stay in touch with us and review our loan periodically. That is customer service!

Our heroes! Edgar and Anita's team truly can make miracles happen. My family was on the verge of becoming homeless in less than 30 days. Edgar and Anita's team were able to help us get our credit history in order, approved for a home loan and closed, on our first home in 17 days. Amazing! So, many attempts in the past we tried to purchase a home, always denied. Even though we have good jobs and income something always seem to go wrong. We came to terms that we would never be able to purchase a home. Our current home that we rented was sold, so we were desperate. Luckily my good friend referred me to Edgar and Anita. She told me if anyone could help us get approved, they could. I thought to myself it would be like all the other attempts we made to purchase a home in the past and fail.
