Edgar started as a Loan Officer in April of 1999 working for a high-producing direct lender. In 2000, Edgar was promoted to Branch Manager where he continued to excel and received great recognition. Under his supervision, his branch ranked in the top one percent of the company with $240 million in annual funded volume. Edgar's managerial solid background and experience enabled him to recruit quality Loan Officers to his branch's growing family.

In 2022, Edgar and his team personally helped over 300 families nationwide become homeowners or helped families through refinancing.

They speak both languages very well, a super good team and they always come for your best option willing to help you. They are always there when you need them! If you are in the military they will help you a lot with the VA. Super recommended.

To have contingencies removed in one week for a loan is truly unheard of in this industry. Just sold in Escondido! This transaction was almost not meant to be. I got a call from the buyer's agent saying that they could not get the financing lined up for this buyer and that they were going to have to cancel the deal. Not on my watch! I put a call in to Edgar Aranda who literally had to tell the buyer's lender how to do his job and the deal was back on. I know I sound like a broken record but...WHO YOU WORK WITH MATTERS! Time and time again I see "professionals" in this industry that just can't cut it. Imagine missing out on a house because you chose to be represented by someone that just did not know enough!
