I first reached out to Anita regarding the Dream for All program, and she was very efficient and responsive in getting everything squared away. Unfortunately, even with her quick efforts, I did not end up getting the funds (the program ran out of funds the same day within hours that I got my offer accepted), but Anita was yet again quick and efficient with identifying another program that would fit my needs to close on the house I put an offer on. Her team was extremely friendly and communicative every step of the way. I’ve already recommended her to a few folks. Anita is the best!

We just closed escrow 6 days ago and although we are not moving to our home for another month, I still can't believe how quick the entire process was to get us back into homeownership. I initially reached out to Anita because I had read some of her stellar reviews and I felt she was the right person to seek advice from regarding potentially buying within the next 6 months to a year. I had no idea that this superwoman would have us fully approved so quickly, that in less than 1 month we had already found a place to call home and felt confident in making an offer. Anita is very straightforward and that is something I admire because home buying is a serious matter. Her entire team is amazing and always willing to answer questions. Dinah and I wanted to check in on everybody and say Happy Thanksgiving.

Actually, we have a bit more to say than just that. On this day and week of Thanksgiving this year we wanted to reach out and tell you how much we appreciate meeting you all. It's hard to express in words how thankful we are and we will just give it a try.

This message is also for your team as well. Essentially, anyone who helped us get into our current property in Oceanside.

So, we know we don't need to explain to you too and your team nor your partners how important it is to have a great place to live. Nor do we need to explain the challenges we see other people having right now in the real estate market with prices of homes, and the rising interest rates.

With that stated, we are just amazed every day that we live in this amazing property that we have now that we got with your help. Wow! We are so shocked to be this fortunate. Plus, we just barely increased equity in both of our former properties in two different states. It's shocking to see how much more home equity we've gained in a short period of time compared to those two locations. Another big wow!

So there it is. We are so thankful we met you and that you worked with us.

Anita and Edgar along with all their team were great and easy to work with. everyone was always willing to help and answer any questions to help make the process feel more comfortable for us. They also were able to get us our first home really quickly. we decided we wanted to get serious about buying, within a couple days we were pre approved and shopping around for houses. It was only about a week when we found the home we wanted and they were able to close escrow in just a couple of weeks making this whole experience quick and easy for us. Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend working with them to purchase a property.

Based on the reviews that I had previously read I sought out this particular team and let me tell you they definitely exceeded my expectations. Communication is key to a successful transaction and through each step I received personal services and assistance with obtaining all of my necessary information. We had an aggressive 17 day closing strategy for a VA loan which is a difficult task, that turned out to be accomplished with ease could have closed 4 days earlier if we wanted.
