I have nothing but amazing things to say about this team! From helping us purchase my childhood home last June to helping us with a cash-out refinance last month, they have been so helpful throughout the entire process. I love their communication style which includes check-ins, phone calls, and text messages that really keep us in the loop the whole process but also explain everything in terms we can understand and grasp. Anita and the rest of her team are so easy to work with! We did our complete transaction online, as we are not locals to their area. They did such an awesome job at keeping us, the Borrowers, in the loop. We communicated via emails, text messages and voicemails. Their timeline of how we completed the loan process was very smooth with zero issues. Anita's team is fast to move the borrowing process along. They are very clear, specific and knowledgeable.
