Anita and her team are actual rockstars! We reached out just to see where we could get preapproved. As people who have never bought a home before, they made it super easy and seamless! They answered all of our questions, we had a ton, and they helped guide us in the right direction to get where we needed to be. There was a waiting period before we could afford our house and Anita and her team still checked in with us every week to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t have any questions. I first met Anita 9 years ago. She was recommended to me by my realtor. Unfortunately back then my wife and I were not on the same page and we could not get a deal done. Fast forward to now, I reached out to Anita and she remembered us. She treated us like long lost family. The feeling made us more comfortable and helped with getting through the loan process. I first reached out to Anita regarding the Dream for All program, and she was very efficient and responsive in getting everything squared away. Unfortunately, even with her quick efforts, I did not end up getting the funds (the program ran out of funds the same day within hours that I got my offer accepted), but Anita was yet again quick and efficient with identifying another program that would fit my needs to close on the house I put an offer on. Her team was extremely friendly and communicative every step of the way. I’ve already recommended her to a few folks. Anita is the best!

We just closed escrow 6 days ago and although we are not moving to our home for another month, I still can't believe how quick the entire process was to get us back into homeownership. I initially reached out to Anita because I had read some of her stellar reviews and I felt she was the right person to seek advice from regarding potentially buying within the next 6 months to a year. I had no idea that this superwoman would have us fully approved so quickly, that in less than 1 month we had already found a place to call home and felt confident in making an offer.
