Tammie Van Ornum and Salena Cordell, who share the same values and work ethic as I do. We will work as hard as we need to whenever we need to in order to get the job done!

I am a very proud mother to my amazing son, William. I love spending time with my beautiful boy, my friends and family.

I absolutely can not say enough about how amazing Tanya, Tammie and Sadie are! They communicate and reply quickly. Make all of my clients feel like they are their only client and always answer their title/escrow questions. When a transaction gets challenging they are right there working with me to make everything smooth for our clients! Marketing is always on point and Sadie is always there to help with flyers or any marketing needs. PLUS they are all always there to congratulate everyone once we close! <3 them! Tanya Daly is absolutely incredible to work with! I gave her and Chicago a shot at my business a little over a year ago and haven?t looked back. Every single transaction with Tanya has gone beautifully. She is on it with every last detail, and a pleasure to speak with. She?s incredibly knowledge, great with talking to my clients directly, works well with the lender?I could go on and on. I would recommend Tanya, her amazing title rep Sadie who does incredible marketing for me, and Chicago Title to any client or fellow Realtor. In my most recent transaction I fought for Tanya and Chicago until we finally made a deal on the 4th counter offer! Grateful for another wonderful experience with the best team out there.

Again, our Escrow Officer Tanya and her partner Tammie are amazing. I am always impressed with their attention to detail, expedient response time on questions and things needed, and their over all positive attitude. Sometimes I wonder, does Tanya ever sleep? She replies to email at all hours of the day. Whether it is 5:30am or 8PM, she is always on point. Other Escrow officers could learn alot from her. Tanya and Tammie are the dream team. Kudos, t another job well done! BTW, Sadie, our marketing rep is the best in the business as well.

Tanya Daly is truly a superhero and a rockstar. She goes above and beyond to get things done. We had a complex set of closings that were back to back to back. She kept everyone in the transaction up to speed every step of the way and worked really early in the morning until very late at night to be sure everything was on target to close on time. The day before closing and through the day of closing, things were very complicated and she masterfully got it done!! I will recommend Tanya and her team to anyone anytime. Tanya Daly is the absolute best Escrow Officer I have ever worked with. Tanya is always on top of our escrows and has constant communication with all parties. When you call her she either answers or calls back immediately. I highly recommend working with Tanya! Our clients love her and her professionalism.
