Kirstin is a fourth generation Whatcom county resident. Growing up in a family with entrepreneurs, developers, real estate agents and lenders it’s helped her learn a lot about the real estate industry. Kirstin has been with Chicago Title for over eight years. Her previous 18 years of sales background include being a residential Realtor and medical sales rep. With having the back ground of being a real estate broker she fully understand the level of customer service and team work involved in each transaction. Kirstin is passionate in educating agents on title and escrow by holding classes and meetings one on one. Helping find tools to help them with efficiency, visibility and profitability is her strong suit. She knows that not every single approach is right for every individual, she has been trained in a wide range of different marketing strategies and techniques to help her clients find what’s best for them. Kirstin prides herself on fast turnaround times and responsive service. She’s motivated to help her clients succeed. When Kirstin isn’t at Chicago Title she will most likely be traveling, spending time with her family, friends and her husband, playing with her German Shepherd Duke, snuggling her Siberian cat Aspen or working on her house.

Kirstin provides over the top customer service. I was working with another title company getting information ready for a new listing. They kept dragging their feet on providing the needed info. Frustrated, I contacted Kirstin and she went to work getting me all of the information within 18 hours. Additionally, she is in constant contact providing market data, classes on the title/escrow industry and making sure the process moves smoothly. As a full-time agent - I appreciate and value that level of service.

Kirstin is one of a kind. Her knowledge and "get it done" attitude is a force unlike anyone I've known. If I have ever had an issue within a transaction she is quick to jump in and use resources to get a resolution for all parties involved. If you haven't worked with her or her team at CTT do yourself a favor and give them a shot!
I might also add that Kirstin is in one that is involved with events and charity, involving her in your community events is a must! This girl knows how to get things done and has the positive personality that keeps everyone laughing and smiling!
