Immediately following high school, Stephanie started her career in the title and escrow industry as a receptionist, while simultaneously attending college. Stephanie has worked her way up, functioning as an Escrow Assistant, Junior Closer, and eventually becoming responsible for her own desk as an Escrow Officer. The experience she has gained over the last 17 years is apparent in the knowledge she brings to each transaction, and matched only by her compassion and enthusiasm for working with people. From walking first-time homebuyers through the process, or chatting with sellers about the memories made in their homes, to providing unparalleled service to her Agents and Lenders, Stephanie most enjoys becoming an integral part of her client’s team. When she’s not behind the desk, Stephanie can be found spending time with her husband and their two adorable children!

My oh my was I impressed with Stephanie! I am convinced she has a herd of fast typing cats sitting in her office responding to emails because there is no other way to explain the way she keeps all parties updated so efficiently. Communication was excellent and response and turnaround times were nearly instant. Stephanie was proactive and always one step ahead of me anticipating what I would ask for and getting it to me before I had to ask. The terms of our transaction changed many times, one of which was on the morning the transaction was to record. Stephanie was on top of everything communicating with the lender and agents and had us on record before lunch! She was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and even took the time to respond afterhours and on holidays. I was thoroughly impressed with Stephanie. One of the best escrows I can recall!

Stephanie was wonderful with my client, the buyer. She took care of everything for a client who was across the Country and had a difficult and uncommunicative lender. Stephanie and her team at Chicago Title go above and beyond to help keep transactions on track and running smoothly. They are very communicative of ware we are at in the process and if there are any hiccups along the way they help problem solve to find the best solution. They are even willing to make house calls to sign escrow documents for clients that need that extra service.
