Julia has been in the title and escrow industry for 20+ years, she started right out of High School. She was eager to learn many aspects of the business, so she held many administrative positions and worked her way up to a senior escrow officer, branch manager. As her passion for this industry grew so did her career. Julia specializes in all transactions in the real estate process including Resale, Refinances, Commercial transfers and Short Sales.
