To Whom it May Concern:
My name is Darlene Lapeere and I am the Assistance Vice-President in our short sales division of Wells Fargo Southern California, working on behalf of our borrowers/sellers. I am writing this letter to let you know how much I appreciate professionalism and exclusive business ethics of one of your employees, Cindi Monaco.
It is not a secret that any home purchasing, selling or distress situation causes a tremendous level of stress for all the parties involved. Unfortunately, in my work I deal with many people who do not necessarily know what they are doing and/or cannot keep control over their emotions, which makes transactions more difficult. Often I run into people who simply do not care and just do their job whether it results in a successful closing or an unsuccessful fiasco. This is why when I come across people like Cindi Monaco who are not only highly skilled professionals, but also treat others with respect it always means a lot to me.
For some reason in our industry it is not common to compliment those who demonstrate exceptional professional skills along with true business ethics, everything is usually taken for granted. What often happens, we simply forget to say thank you and to show our appreciation, we just move on with our lives which is probably just human nature.
I do not want to miss the opportunity to thank Cindi and to let you know how much I appreciate her work and the work of your department! She definitely knows her job better than ANY others I happened to work with over the past 36 years! She always replies to all the requests in the timely manner and when I did not understand a process or a task she was always there, patient and calm, letting me know what I should be doing (and they say I am a pretty experienced professional but there is always something you learn in each transaction). We had one of those deals that I believe was one of the toughest by the number of many details that had to be taken into consideration. It was a huge relief to find out we were cleared to proceed to closing and a bigger relief to hear we recorded. It would not be possible without the expertise and hard work of Cindi Monaco. She made me feel we were a team which does not happen that often in our line of work.
Thank you Cindi!
