Team Chicago is AMAZING. In the world of competitive pricing....customer service is everything. I am unable to count how many times they have gone above and beyond my expectations for our team....BUT more importantly....going out of their way to meet our buyers or sellers at the last minute to get a property recorded and closed. We personally deal with Jessica and Nate from the Team Chicago Title for our business and their team attitude is exceptional!!!
Lori and her team always go the extra mile. For the most part, the transactions we have worked on together for the past 15 years have been smooth. Every once in awhile there's that deal where we are panicking at the last minute, need something recorded right away, have strange problems on the title ... Lori always gets it done without complaint. She's walked into the County Recorder's office with clients so they can get their keys and not have to reschedule their moving truck. She's hung in there with me on a deal that involved not only a cloud on the title (thanks to some DIY legal work) + CalTrans and got it closed. She's the best. I never worry when we work together, I know she'll get it done.
