I joined the title industry in 2006, after having worked in banking/lending since the age of 16. My passion for numbers and real estate runs deep, and is evident in the level of energy and expertise I bring to the office each day. My colleagues would describe me as personable, detail-oriented and a strong communicator. I love what I do, and I’m a natural at keeping clients happy and confident throughout a transaction!

My goal is to make the Escrow process as smooth and seamless as possible, making my job look easy in the eyes of my clients. When they walk away from the closing table with a smile, my heart is happy!

I’m a native Oregonian, with a degree from University of Oregon (GOOO DUCKS!) and I love the Blazers (Rip City!). When I’m not working, I’m enjoying sports, playing recreational dodgeball, volleyball and kickball.

Charmaine did a fantastic job helping my husband and I buy a home. We are expats that have lived overseas for many years and are in the process of repatriating to the US. While still living overseas we found the perfect house and decided to buy it before our actual back to the US. Needless to say that there were a lot of moving parts that needed to be done for us to buy a house from afar, specifically having to make an appointment at the US Embassy to have documents notarized. Charmaine did such a wonderful job making sure we had everything that we needed, that we understood what we needed to get notarized, and she also made sure that we had the documents with enough time before our appointment so that we could ask questions about what was in need of notarization.

It is quite stressful buying a house when you are expats living overseas. Charmaine did a fantastic job of alleviating that stress. Thank you for helping us purchase the perfect home for us to repatriate into and readjust to living in the US. It is our own little piece of heaven.

The closing was delayed due to many issues out of my control and Charmaine reassured me, helped navigate the roadblocks and even helped get a mobile notary sent to expedite the process.
