Denise has over 15 years of Title and Escrow experience. Through her career she became an expert at handling a wide range of transactions inclusive of Sales, Refinances, 1031 Exchanges, Trusts, Probates and Commercial transactions. Denise prides herself in providing superior service and ensures each and every party involved is informed throughout the process. She feels each party in the transaction is just as important as the one who chose her to handle the transaction. Denise takes the time to communicate and address all concerns and questions so each person is aware every step of the way throughout each escrow. As a Notary Public, she takes pride in signing each client to ensure clarity for each client.
