My escrow career started right out of high school in 2014, which helped establish a strong foundation and understanding of the business.
From the beginning, I was introduced to a variety of complex transactions and projects. I have assisted with closing Residential, Commercial, Ag Loans and Sales, New Construction, Land Development and 1031 Exchange Escrows. I’ve worked closely with Real Estate Brokers, Loan Officers, Real Estate Attorneys, Land Engineers, Right-of-Way Agents, and Land Developers.

Being bilingual, and speaking Spanish, has allowed me to communicate with a broader group of customers. Which I love!

A smooth closing is always my goal! In my opinion, the “secrete sauce” for a smooth and successful closing is consistency and communication. It would be my pleasure to assist you on your next escrow!
