I started my escrow career in 1985 with Tulare County Escrow learning from the ground up. I started as a secretary/courier/assistant and worked my way into the escrow officer position. I worked part-time for many years to keep my knowledge up while I raised my 3 daughters. I was able to enter back into the business full-time in 2006 and then after 29 years I joined Chicago Title in 2016. I became part of a unit working with Roberta Chambers. We have made a very successful unit and I have gained even more knowledge working with such a seasoned officer. Communication and availability are two of my top goals. I love what I do and look forward to working with you and your clients towards a smooth successful closing.

Kim Ramsey at Chicago Title Visalia is my preferred Escrow Officer for all my transactions because I know her and her team at Chicago Title Visalia will communicate and work with me to get my escrow closed on time. Kim Ramsey has helped me many times in communicating with all the key members of the transaction to make sure its running smoothly and as scheduled. Kim Ramsey always does a great job.
She accommodates your needs if any changes in the escrow at anytime.
Example the other day we were closing that day and the buyer decided to add a home warranty. It was taken care of in minutes. Transaction closed and everyone was happy.
