Dara & Ronni are the most awesome realtors on the planet. There aren't enough stars to rate their work. We found a home we wanted to purchase and Dara & Ronni made sure every stone over turned to get all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We put down a 3% deposit and asked for a 30 day escrow. Halfway through the process, we realized we wanted to make a different choice. Gulp. Ronni & Dara could not have been more gracious and supportive. "Better for you to get out now than discover later that it's not right". We assumed the deposit was lost, but Dara did some sleuthing and found a mistake made in the listing that qualified us for a full refund. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with these two super women, you will not be disappointed.

We were ready to sell our family home of 39 years and knew it would be both emotional and a lot of hard work. When my parents decided to sell my childhood home, I knew it would be challenging. My friend from middle school, Dara and her mom were the dynamic duo we needed.

My parents undertook the painstaking task of cleaning out our treasures from the last 40+ years. Dara and Ronni were there to provide advice and tips to help get the home ready for market. My parents made a last minute decision to stage their home, and the results were stunning.

Dara and Ronni were absolutely wonderful, from start to finish. I appreciated Dara's empathetic open ears, the detailed updates, and well executed marketing.

All I can say is that Dara and Ronni are amazing! The level of customer service was beyond any expectations…they are like a one-two punch…Ronni is so knowledgeable about the industry after being in it for such a long time and Dara…the only way I can explain her is…she is a like a dream. Always in touch, always reading the market, always figuring out the best ways to market the house and getting buyers in. We have had such a superb experience (including the support staff) and I can’t recommend them enough. A totally immersive, personalized experience, especially in this tough mortgage-rate market. We've worked with a few realtors over the past several years and always felt like we were the ones doing the heavy-lifting when it came to advocating for our best interest. Me and my wife fell in love with Walnut Creek’s Rancho San Miguel Eichler neighborhood the first time we passed by. We know Eichler houses are highly desirable and there are only a few for sale every year. We knew that our only chance to find our new home was to find a local agent who was already part of the community, and would be the first one to know if any neighbor was interested to sell.

We found Dara through instagram– she owns and has restored her own Eichler home, and is deeply embedded in the RSM community. We thought we were embarking on a multi-year journey together, but within 3 weeks after we reached out, Dara found us the Eichler that we now call home.

Dara and her business partner (and mom!), Ronni, are super experienced and give clear timing, pricing, and offer strategic guidance. We were able to make an offer within two days of our home being on the market– even before the weekend open house! We felt very prepared in making a competitive offer with Dara and Ronni guiding us every step of the way. They were super patient in answering all of our questions, and responded immediately to any concerns we had. Even after getting our offer accepted, they were able to help coordinate inspections and repair estimates to help us hit the ground running immediately after closing.

Dara & Ronni were amazing! They helped us navigate the whole East Bay with confidence, providing expert knowledge of the area, the schools, and neighborhood vibe. We had a lot of moving parts as we sold my bachelor pad and searched for our family ‘forever home’… it should be been a super stressful experience but Dara and Ronni were kind, patient, and flexible helping us search and negotiate to get the best deal on a house our 11 month old fell in love with. It was simply reassuring to know they were in our corner through the whole process.

Dara is extremely knowledgeable about the Walnut Creek market and expertly guided us towards the purchase of our first home (which we love). Shes exceedingly patient, optimistic, kind, and amazing with kids! We were on a tight deadline to buy and she was able to score us a great house at a great price in just a few weeks (a miracle in this market!). House shopping with a toddler was challenging at times, but Dara was so amazing with our daughter that she would be so excited to see Dara each time we met to view a home. I have never seen 2 realtors work this hard to help a seller move. They hired packers and movers, cleaned out cabinets, swept out the garage, and watered the lawn.

Since my wife and I were coming from SF and had little to no knowledge of the Walnut Creek / Contra Costa County region, we selected Dara & Ronni specifically for their knowledge of the neighborhoods. Dara set up the open house visits to make it seamless on our end, walked us through the entire process, and in the end, we were able to put together an attractive offer for our first home. This was our first time buying a home and we had a great experience with Dara! We found Dara online and after a quick interview, we knew she would be perfect for us. She knows Walnut Creek like the back of her hand and that's the expertise we were looking for. She scheduled all our home visits efficiently and gave us honest opinions when we asked for it.
