We were ready to sell our family home of 39 years and knew it would be both emotional and a lot of hard work. When my parents decided to sell my childhood home, I knew it would be challenging. My friend from middle school, Dara and her mom were the dynamic duo we needed.

Me and my wife fell in love with Walnut Creek’s Rancho San Miguel Eichler neighborhood the first time we passed by. We know Eichler houses are highly desirable and there are only a few for sale every year. Dara & Ronni were amazing! They helped us navigate the whole East Bay with confidence, providing expert knowledge of the area, the schools, and neighborhood vibe. We had a lot of moving parts as we sold my bachelor pad and searched for our family ‘forever home’… it should be been a super stressful experience but Dara and Ronni were kind, patient, and flexible helping us search and negotiate to get the best deal on a house our 11 month old fell in love with.
