Jake was proactive from the search, to putting together our offer, and then while in escrow he went above and beyond to find and bring in several contractors for quotes so we were ready to start the work we needed immediately after closing. Jake was responsive, professional and a creative problem solver. In particular, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the home inspection process, and was able to recall and explain numerous technical details that were raised by engineers and other inspectors as we were trying to understand the potential issues and expenses that would come with the property. He was great about following up and tracking down additional information that we needed to close the loop on all of the little but important details. In addition, he was friendly and easy to work with. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Jake.
