We worked with Jessica to find our family home in Lafayette. We have two young kids and were looking to move to Lafayette from Oakland. Jessica was very insightful with her insider knowledge of the area - giving us that local perspective on each neighborhood we looked at. Jessica made magic happen when it came to showings- working with our crazy schedules and Covid restrictions. Her eye for design was key in helping us see all the potential that different homes had. Giving us honest feedback, thoughtful insight and helping us hone in on what we really wanted. She was there for us at 10 pm to debrief when things didn't go how we hoped. They prepped us for bids, kept us informed and up to date- we never felt left in the dark. They answered every question for every article in every single disclosure packet. There is absolutely nothing this team doesnt know- the experience and expertise is unmatched. Trust me, there were A LOT of questions! The team made us feel supported and encouraged every step of the way. When our dream home finally came along - Jessica showed us true grit and tenacity - she gave us the *gentle* nudge we needed and put us in the very best position to make our dreams come true!
