Melanie is extremely knowledgeable and really guided us through every step of the process as first time home buyers, from the initial call to learn what we were looking for, touring properties, suggesting a mortgage lender, making an offer, negotiations with the seller, all the inspections and intricacies in the contract phase all the way through getting our keys to our new home. In 2020, Melanie helped my sister buy and sell the house so I knew her since then. Around 2021, My husband and I started to look for the house and we contacted Melanie. It took a long way to find the right home for us and sometimes we were frustrated with the market but Melanie always encouraged us to not give up and helped us through the whole process. She is really responsive and enthusiastic about any problems that comes up. I had to take care the baby so I usually bothered her at night even really late, she still responded quickly to make sure keep us on the right track and not to worry about anything. My Realtor Melanie Dinh went above and beyond! She helped me buy my dream house in Lamorinda, CA.I am a very picky buyer and have a wide range of likes. In addition, I live in Southern CA, have a very busy schedule and it is challenging for me to travel to Northern CA to see a house in person. Melanie solved all of those problems with a smile on her face. We had detailed conversations on what I am looking for. She arranged FaceTime sessions with me from open-homes to better understand my taste. If I liked a house, she visited again and showed it to me multiple times, meticulously inspected the house just like I would do (May be even better because she knows what to look for) and pointed out issues, she drove around the house and recorded the drive so that I get a better sense of the neighborhood. I changed my mind many times. She was patient with me. When we found the right house, she went over all of the reports and disclosures with me and explained what they mean in detail. She pulled appropriate comparables. She strategically guided me throughout the loan application process. I obtained the pre-approval letter early on which helped my offer to be accepted in this competitive real estate market. She made sure that the communication flowed smoothly between all of the parties involved, the Title and Mortgage companies, seller and myself. Every time I visited Lamorinda, Melanie picked me up from the airport (Oakland), masked and vaccinated. I didn't have to rent a car and struggle to find my way around. She made it very easy for me. After the purchase of the house, Melanie connected me with highly rated local contractors. She provided me a list of phone numbers I needed to call to transfer services. She supervised the house cleaning. I want to do some construction in the house before I move in. Melanie made my first stay at the home as comfortable as possible; she brought light furniture and stocked the kitchen for me to be able to spend a few nights in the house, and topped it with a champagne welcome-home basket. Melanie is a knowledgeable, experienced, detail oriented, perfectionist, hard working, flexible, honest and most importantly caring realator. She is also excellent for remote-home buying needs. We are the Lucky Couple. Being able to get a house on this "HOT Market". For that you need an extraordinary Realtor to be able to show houses as soon as listed and also providing us with all the information possible and let's not forget looking out after her clients best interest. I still remember our first day we saw 13 different properties within 4 cities if I am recalling correctly. Not once you said it was impossible we just did not know what we were getting ourselves into.This was our journey it came with ups and downs like any other house in the this market at this time. Melanie also hosted an online virtual tour which was very helpful during these uncertain times with Covid-19. Melanie contacted a reputable person to stage the house and everything turned out so good that I almost didn't want to move.

Melanie is very pleasant to work with as you will be able to tell she works with full dedication and commitment. She puts her heart into helping her client, which I really appreciate. I have a chance to work with Melanie recently for one of our East Bay properties and I feel so bad for her that the transaction took longer than expected due to some hiccups with our tenant. She has helped me to handle the communication with the buyer agent as well as the tenant so that we can close out the transaction in the smoothest way possible without causing any delay. All involved parties of course was very happy to get the house in time as promised. I had the chance to work with Melanie for one of her listing as her photographer and videographer. She's a Realtor who is dedicated to her clients as she wanted to have everything done from photos to videos and drones to even the 3D model of the home she had for sale. With the current pandemic, having access to a property online of by appointment, is important. She handled all this. As I got a chance to work with her "behind the scenes", I'm pretty confident to say that all buyers and sellers are in perfect hands with her. Melanie has been great with helping me and my girlfriend who is moving all the way to the Bay area from Florida in finding an apartment. Once we gave her the our minimum requirements for what we were looking for, she was quickly to find various options meeting our criteria. I liked that she sent us various options by e-mail for us to discard those that we would not be interested in so by the time we had an appointment with her we just concentrated on the best options.
