Paulette Ramsey is a wonderful realtor. She's worked with me on 3 transactions in the last 3 years and I cannot say enough good about her. She's thorough. So thorough that she will possibly end up knowing more about your property than you do. She reads every report in full and follows up with the inspectors on any and all details. She's knowledgeable. She either already knows the answer to technical questions or she researches the topic until she does. She's conscientious. If you have any questions or doubts she makes sure you get all the answers you need. I always feel that she has my best interests in mind. She's been my realtor on both sides of the transaction, helping me invest wisely in prepping my property for sale during an off season allowing me to maximize my return.
