Anyone would be so lucky to find Tina. I have worked with many brokers and Tina really stands out head and shoulders above the rest. She is very professional, experienced and extremely proactive and hard working. She is extremely well organized and reliable. She took all the legwork off my hands and got me the results I wanted.

Tina is the best realtor we have dealt with (and we have dealt with a few in the past). She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the local market. She priced our house correctly and guided us throughout the entire selling process. We don't know what we would have done without her help. We highly recommend Tina for your real estate transaction.

Could not be more happy with my experience with Tina from day one. Had the answers to all my questions and gave a good perspective I what I should (or should not) do relevant to my sale. Certainly knew Her area (in my case Pleasant Hill) quite well. Even a couple of weeks after close of escrow, I had a few questions which She answered within minutes of my text to Her. Would certainty recommend based on my experience.

We had the pleasure of working with Dudum Real Estate Groups Tina/Julie team on the sale of our home. They are extremely competent and passionate Realtors who worked tirelessly to achieve a good outcome for all. They are wonderful listeners and addressed all of our concerns. During a sometimes challenging process they were able to calmly offer solutions to any stumbling blocks, still driving great results, and we really appreciated all of their support. Tina was amazing! Her market knowledge was exceptional and helped with identifying the right house for me all the way through negotiation and close. Then after close, Tina went above and beyond…coordinating schedules for inspections, workers, deliveries and design ideas for the house. I felt completely comfortable with her guidance and managing all. She was on top of everything.

Besides her professionalism, I really liked her as a person. Great personality, friendly and good communicator. I would recommend Tina to anyone.

Tina is a rock star!! From the moment we met her, we were impressed with her deep knowledge and experience with the LaMorinda; it was clear that we were in the best of hands when it came to navigating such a challenging market.

Tina goes above and beyond on every level. Our 3 hour joint tour of the neighborhood really highlighted the nuances of the neighborhood in a way we hadn’t internalized before, she is intimately familiar with every road and side street! When it came to considering candidates for offers and finding the dream home, her analysis and vetting was more thorough and comprehensive than anything we would have thought to do. In a short period of time, we were able to find our perfect home! Her support doesn’t end there though, Tina continued to help us through the purchase process to ensure that we were connected to all the right resources (contractors, plumbers, handyman, drainage company) to ensure that we could execute on any small changes and future maintenance and construction. We love our house and certainly think it might be our forever home - but if we ever sold it, we would only work with Tina!

Tina not only sold our house on schedule and for much more than we expected, but supplied us with her team of contractors to get projects done in advance of the sale. Her constant supervision of the contractors and helpful recommendations throughout the process reduced our workload and greatly increased the home's "curbside" appeal. She has been responsive, efficient and full of positive energy - qualities that are in short supply in many professions today.

Tina is an absolute pro and simply stated - the best! She is an incredible realtor and helped us successfully and efficiently close on a home in a very challenging buying market. She is highly responsive, deeply knowledgeable about the regional real estate market she services, very well networked, goes the extra mile on every front, and on top of it all is warm and personable. If you ever remotely wondered why you need an experienced real estate professional, Tina is the reason. Her expertise, communication, and skill was especially essential during the entire closing process and resulted in us being able to get the home at the price we needed. Tina is amazing to work with! She is super flexible and was able to work around our needs. We went into the selling process knowing very little about what would be required, and Tina was able to walk us through every step of the way, providing guidance or letting us make decisions as needed. She has a vendor for everything, from house cleaning to window repair. Though Tina is likely working with several clients at a time, I never feel that she is difficult to get a hold of, or that I don't have her full attention when we speak. She communicates very easily in person, over the phone, or via text. She is now helping us to buy a home and has been a great resource in helping us to pinpoint exactly what we want and being an unbiased third party to bounce ideas off. Tina is more than professional but feels like a friend at the same time. She is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her services.

We would like to express our appreciation for the incredible job Tina did in representing our family and the new home buyers interests throughout the entire process.

We met Tina through serving on BOD together for a local community service group and have been friends for a number of years.  We asked her if she works with friends on home sales and she told us yes absolutely an ideal case scenario especially since we know each other.  Tina told us she treats every home she lists as if it is her own home and she certainly did this by going above and beyond.  

She was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and extremely detailed oriented.  We discussed our big challenge of wanting to do many home projects before selling but we lacked bandwidth and didn't live in the home any longer.  Tina quickly and thoroughly managed the entire process.  Her turnaround time from our first discussion about selling our home to when the new homeowners officially took over ownership was less than two months.   She was sensitive to the fact our family raised our children in the home and owned it for a long time so it was an emotional decision to sell but we are now really happy to know a lovely young family purchased it.

We highly recommend Tina to everyone(especially friends!) wanting to sell or purchase a home.  She is already working with our family to prepare our current home for sale in the near future and also purchase a retirement home.

Tina is fantastic! Having Tina as our realtor was like having a close personal advisor guiding us every step of the way through the stressful and time consuming home buying process. She quickly grasped my wife's and my preferred style for a home after only a few interactions. When my husband’s parents passed away we had his childhood home, that his parents had spent 70 something years in, to liquidate. To say the project was daunting is a vast understatement. Tina came highly recommended from friends of ours and she did not disappoint – not once. She was a Godsend in helping us locate the various individuals that we needed to clear the house out and get ready to sell. Tina was always amazingly prompt in replying to our constant needs; she kept us on track in an encouraging and positive manner and she was always honest and helpful – constantly willing to go the extra mile for us. I wish there were more stars to give to Tina. She is absolutely hands down the most professional, thorough and compassionate real estate agent I have ever worked with. My husband and I just purchased our first home and we are so lucky that we had Tina to walk us through the process. She prepared us for things that would be coming up, she was in constant communication with us about negotiations and she helped us find our beautiful new home. We had worked with three agents before her and I can honestly say she was the first one who asked me (not just my husband) what I wanted. She spoke directly to me and listened to my concerns. I also want to mention that we felt extremely safe working with Tina. We have a baby and are very concerned about Covid. Tina was very professional and we felt safe at all times. Tina has been absolutely amazing for us in our first-time homebuyer journey. We knew very little going into the process, but she was with us every step of the way, educating us on the market, area, various things to look for in houses, expected costs for improvements, and red flags on specific houses.

She worked extremely hard for us, was always very responsive, and helped us read through documents and disclosures to make sure we were aware of everything to watch out for and properly assess certain risks. She helped us fight through getting our offer accepted in such a competitive market and made sure that we stayed on schedule for each (what seemed like a million) step through the process.

Tina was recommended to us by a friend who bought a house through her, and after a quick tour around the neighborhood we knew she would be the one who would find us our home. It is hard to describe how wonderful Tina is other than she is the absolute best. We never felt pushed at any point in the whole year we worked with her and we felt comfortable to pause our search and come back anytime, she was always there as welcoming and caring as the first day. She went above and beyond to get us our dream home and she really knew what we were looking for even before we do.
